Registered attendees will receive two coffee breaks and lunch. To access all sessions and social events, please wear your name badge. Name badges are non-transferable.

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by May 23, 2025 no exceptions. One author who has paid the FULL NON-STUDENT “Member” or “Non-Member” registration fee may present up to two papers provided that the author is registered AND attends the Conference to present his/her paper. 

Student or Discounted registration fees cannot be used for the publication of an accepted paper. If the author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate member or non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper: they have to pay the member fee. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

IMPORTANT: Visa letters will only be issued once you have registered and paid all necessary fees.

In your email, provide the following information: complete name, mailing address, and any other details that your country of residence requires for your visa application. The Conference cannot contact or intervene with any Embassy or Consulate office abroad on your behalf so please begin your visa application process as soon as you determine that you want to attend the Si2 ICMC 2025. Please provide as much information as possible to avoid delays in receiving your letter. You must register for the conference before requesting an invitation letter.

Please note that attendees who receive an Invitation letter can not transfer or refund their registration.

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by May 16, 2025. There will be an administrative fee of US$150 deducted from each refund. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.

Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact Si2 ICMC 2025 Conference Manager, if you would like to request permission to video record during Si2 ICMC 2025. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
